Our Specialized Outreach Program provides mental health & addiction support services for clients. The Nurturing Neighborhoods program provides three parent outreach staff placed in three high priority neighborhoods. The clinical telemedicine nursing program provides increased telemedical utilization, reducing wait time for specialist consultation and to facilitagte patient flow across the health care continuum.
