The purpose of Skin Cancer Canada is to: 1) Promote health by providing seminars, brochures, and information with respect to skin cancer and skin cancer prevention; and 2) Receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) that are engaged in scientific and clinic research for the advancement of prevention, detection, treatment, and cure of kin cancer; and 3) Do all such things as are incidental or ancillary to the attainment of the above purposes.
