To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to one or more qualified donees within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada), as amended from time to time; and 2. To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charities purpose.
