1. We convene weekly in each sub group(choir, dance, instruments) for one on one and group tutoring, ensemble practice and rehearsal. 2. We instruct the public weekly on various musical instruments. 3. We provide opportunities to perform and deliver such performances in public. 4. We perform a continuous outreach function to maintain a funnel of performance events and venues.
