To provide relief to persons with disabilities by developing recreation, education and social integration programs for the disabled. To provide support and encouragement to persons with disabilities by offering programs in individual development and integration into the community. To provide life management counselling and other support services to assist persons with disabilities to become more independent in the community. To advance and teach the religious tenets, doctrines, observances and culture associated with the Jewish faith.
