The purpose of the Foundation is: (a) To carry out research concerning the cause, threatment and potential cue of Loeys-Dietz Syndrome; (b) To support individuals affected by Loeys-Dietz Syndrome, and their families, by promoting, with regard to Loeys-Dietz (c) To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply from time to time all or part of thereof and the income derived therefrom to qualified donees in accordance with the Income Tax Act (Canada)
