The objectives of HNF Canada are to support and facilitate scientific research for treatments and a cure for the hereditary neuropathy disease known as Charcot Marie Tooth disease (CMT), offer persons with Charcot Marie Tooth, and their families, access to medical information and emotional support and increase education and awareness of Charcot Marie Tooth amongst the medical community, government and the general public. HNF Canada continues to keep abreast of various related research programs in order to optimize its donations and has created an online Canadian website.
