Soaring Eagles Conference - 2 day conference on drug avoidance and leadership for kids in rural communities. 7 organizers, 250 volunteer hours. School projects on drug avodance. The Rocking for Choices Concert(s) are held each year and are free of charge to students from grades 7-12. These concerts feature local rock bands who perform as well as give testimony as to why they have chosen to avoid drug involvement. All students who attend a concert hear Tj's story and are presented with a program about drug avoidance. Battle of the Bands is a concert of high school garage bands who compete to win prizes both donated by local music stores and purchased from the foundation. All students involved in this program hear Tj's story and are presented with a program about drug avoidance. School presentations are given by TJ Wiebe's Mom as well as young people who have made choices to avoid drug involvement because they have heard Tj's sotry.School presentations involve the telling of Tj's story and the opportunity for those who attend to, "Choose to be Drug Free".
