The purpose of Missionfest Manitoba Inc. is to promote local, national and international missionary activities. The principle means of carrying out this objective is to organize a three-day missions festival in Winnipeg every year. A smaller two-day festival is held annually in Brandon. The festival involves churches, schools, relief and development agencies and mission organizations. They combine their efforts to produce a multi-day event which includes preaching, teaching, workshops, musical concerts and service projects.
