To receive and maintain a fund or funds and, from time to time, to apply all or part of the income and/or capital therefrom to qualified donees, as such term is defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada), as amended from time to time; and 2. To do all such other lawful things as may be incidental and ancillary to carry out the foregoing purposes.
