To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under the Income Tax Act (Canada). The Goudge Family Foundation (the "Foundation") will, from time to time, provide selected registered charities with financial support in the form of charitable cash donations for projects and charitable activities undertaken by the selected charities. The Foundation will accumulate funds over time, subject to applicable law, until the directors of the Foundation deem it appropriate distribute those funds as donations to qualified donees as outlined above. To invest and re-invest the funds of the Foundation in such manner as may be determined by the directors, and in making such investments, the directors shall not be limited to investments authorized by law for trustees.
