We are raising funds to produce a new project in 2017 called,'How Star WarsSaved my Life.''How Star Wars Saved My Life is a theatrical production of atrue story about a child from age five to nine who endured and survived sexual and physical abuse at the hands of priests.Using the power of pop culture's iconic Star Wars,this important and unique Canadian play reveals how the film was integral to this child's coping with abuse,giving a sense of hope that good can triumph over evil.With the play's multiple roles all performed by the playwright himself,How Star Wars Save My Life advocates for children's rights.It advances education with the promotion of awareness,dialogue and prevention.As an adult retelling his story of abuse,survival and healing,he provides an inspirational story of hope and human tenacity.'
