The Sinneave Family Foundation vision is that individuals with autism are supported in the transition to adulthood and realizing their highest qualityof life. Our activities are focused in the areas of Transition Planning, information and Navigation;Skill Development,Partnerships and Networks;and Knowledge Exchange. Currently funded activities include:a resource centre that provides information,navigation and parent-peer support to individuals,families and professionals;transition planning;public workshops;and a number of skills-based programs delivered in collaboration with our partners both at The Ability Huband respective partner locations.
