Restoration and preservation of the lighthouse and keepers buildings at Swallow Tail Lightstation on Grand Manan Island, NB. Developing replicas of structures once important to the site. Developing interpretation/education programs for historical, cultural and ecological aspects related to lighthouse, keepers and surrounding environs, particularly marine, of the Grand Manan area, including a "Working Lighthouse Museum" which incorporates information for and artefacts from all lighthouses in the Grand Manan area. Celebrating light keeping traditions by developing a network of partners. Volunteers were critical to fund raising and operations contributing over 850 hours during the fiscal year.
