The Theatre puts on annual productions and provides mentorship programs in order to advance the artistic and technical development of youth in the City of Greater Sudbury. The program is aimed at youth who would otherwise not have the opportunity to participate in theatre, either due to financial constraints or lack of availability of suitable programs at their school or in their area.
