The Artist in Residence program offered creative opportunities to regional, national and international artists, with guest speakers, artist presentations, and workshops offered to the general public. Volunteer programming continued with gardening and creative focus. Children's adventure art camps were part of this program. Studio tours of local artist studios and Caetani Centre artists' studios and art markets were a featured summer event. The Hallowe'en Lantern Festival with its associated workshops continues to be a feature program, with increasing public participation. Ongoing repair and maintenance of the Caetani House & grounds is a priority for heritage preservation. New monthly music series and one-time weekend Arts Festival was initiated in 2014. New visual arts and literary mentorship program was initiated in 2014. Greater Vernon Back Alley youth mural project with Teen Junction, the Downtown Vernon Association, and Gallery Vertigo is continuing. Expanded Artist Residency programming and accosted public programming. Educational and tourism tours are being planned for 2015.
