Jones Family Foundation is a
Foundations Charity located in Richmond, BC.
Services Provided by Jones Family Foundation
(a) to gift funds to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income Tax Act that will advance education, help to alleviate poverty, and benefit the community as a whole in way that the law regards as charitable; (b) to receive, hold and invest bequest, donations, gifts, funds and property, and to administer and distribute funds, property, endowments, trusts and financial programs for the funding and support of the purposes of the Foundation as presently set out and for such orther organizations that are qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act; and (c) to do all such things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the charitable purposes of the Foundation. The Foundation will restrict its work to making donations to qualified donees selected by the board of directors.
