1.Relentless Youth Worker Project is an outreach project that fosters long-term relationships that assist in guiding a young person at-risk through the Stages of Change from living a very harmful lifestyle to living a healthy and safe lifestyle; uses youth engagement & transformational relationship building to increase the odds for these at risk youth to either stay in school, go back to school, get into a meaningful program, or gain meaningful employment. 2. Verto Project brings 12 at-risk youth together for a unique 16-week group-based employability skills program that gives them the skills necessary to transition back into school or employment from the harmful lifestyles they currently live in; includes employment & personal development, technology training, conflict resolution and communication as well as health and wellness, volunteerism, life transition and leadership development. The goal of this program is to have the youth leave stable enough to either go back to school or gain meaningful employment. 3.Step Up and Step In Program focuses on youth engagement, leadership and empowerment-geared toward the prevention of youth violence and criminal activity in Edmonton; Relentless Youth Outreach Workers work with youth on a diverse variety of activities and events to provide the support and opportunities to enhance their leadership capacity and help build their resumes. 4. National Mentoring project-mentorship and skill building program for youth aged 9-12.
