Emergency shelter and transportation for women and their children who have experience abuse. Homeless shelter. 24 hour crisis line. Safety planning and programs to address high risk populations. Crisis, individual and group counselling for women who have experienced woman abuse or sexual assault. Transitional and legal support for women in crisis and information for women that have experienced abuse. Second Stage Housing for families in transition. Groups and counselling for children who have experienced woman abuse. Prevention activities and Community initiatives to address violence against women and children. Youth education program in schools and community. Men's services - support and counselling for men that are/were sexually assaulted. Referrals for family violence. Addictions program for pregnant mothers changing paths. Supports for parenting and pregnant women with substance misuse with priority given to opiate addictions. Support within Housing to support women with significant mental health and/or addictions issues, who also have a history of abuse, trauma and/or homelessness, in a supportive residential program. This will include intensive community based supportive counselling to assist individuals working toward recovery and wellness goals, and living independently in the community.
