Services Provided by Windsor Optimist Youth Band
Community marching band. Entertains people on the street in local parades, community & sporting events, and puts on three concerts a year. Basic morals of discipline, teamwork and bettering oneself are the lessons learned by the youth as they receive musical instruction and guidance.
