Family Day Care Services is dedicated to the provision of quality child care programs and family support services for children and families. The organization provides these services throughout the GTA through licensed home and centre based child care along with Ontario Early Years Centers and other family support services. Family Day Care Services was originally incorporated, without share capital, as "the Orphans' home", by the statutes of the Province of Canada, chapter 34, in 1851. The name was amended to its current name "Family day Care Services" on June 17, 1971.
