LIFE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM: Enhance the life of South Asians infected with and affected with HIV/AIDS through health, conselling and referrals. CLIENT SUPPORT PROGRAM: Limited financial assistance to South Asians living with HIV/AIDS.
