Canada's History publishes "Canada History Magazine" and "Kayak - Canada's History magazine for Kids" and provides the public and teachers with an online portal at CanadasHistory.ca - HistoireCanada.ca. The organization administers the Governor General's History Awards, which includes awards for Excellence in Teaching Canada History, Popular Media, Community Programming, Scholarly Research, Museums and several awards for students: provides support to Heritage Fair organizations across the country with a program for Young Citizens/Jeunes Citoyens. Canada's History develops and delivers outreach and educational activities programs and resources (ie: including attendance at/host conferences, seminars, lectures) that futher promote popular interest in Canada's history. Canada's History also administers the Government of Canada History Awards on behalf of the Department of Canadian Heritage.
