Camp Shagabec is a United Church Camp, located in Southwestern Saskatchewan in Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park. Children of all faiths and those who are not religious are welcome. We offer a three-day camp for children aged 5, 6, and 7* (Junior Squirts); a three day camp for children aged 6, 7, and 8* (Senior Squirts); a four different five day camps for children between 8 and 13*; a five-day camp for teens aged 14 - 17*. Activities at camp include swimming, hiking, games, vespers, tuck, gaga ball, campfire programs, great food, nature activities, sports, crafts, GWG, singing, etc. In addition, camps include the activities of archery, forest games, and wall bouldering (on our low-level climbing structure). At the week long camps, campers have the choice to go: horseback riding, canoing, paddleboating, rock climbing, or mini golfing. At Senior and Junior Co-ed campers celebrate with a banquet and dance on the last evening.
