To coordinate all private-sector fundraising activities on behalf of the Royal Ontario Museum and their affliates. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and apply from time to time all or part thereof and/or income therefrom for charitable purposes including; a.the collection and exhibition of objects, documents and books of any kind to illustrate and make known to the public the natural history of Ontario, Canada and the world; b.the collection and exhibition of objects, documents and books of any kind to illustrate and make known to the public the history of man in all ages; c.the promotion of education, teaching, research and publication in any or all fields related to the preceeding objects.
