At our request, the Province of Ontario and Toronto District School Board proclaimed "Intergenerational Day Canada" in perpetuity every June 1st and the City of Toronto has proclaimed the day for the past three years. TIGP and its community partners organize special events across the City of Toronto to recognize and celebrate the day. We are working to support youth and seniors who are interested in developing their leadership skills in the area of program development, special themed events and fundraising initiatives.
