Support Groups once per month in each of three locations target ADRD care providers. Peer and Partner Support Groups assist individuals and their partners with understanding of the disease and share information with similar others. First Link is a collaboration to enhance linkages with health workers and community services,improve coordination of care and provide education. Other programs include the Company of Good Cheer and Wandering Person Registry
