The mandate of the foundation's national "Look Good Feel Better" program is to helping women with cancer manage the appearance related effects of cancer and its treatment in order to build confidence, nurture hope and provide psycho-social support enhancing quality of life and well-being for patients and those around them. The cornerstone of the program is a two hour workshop cosmetics and hair alternatives workshop offered at no cost to the participant.
