The main programs of the Society are to collect, preserve, research, educate exhibit, interpret and design programs from a collection of historical artifacts and archival material covering the history of Japanese Canadian Society from the 1870's through to World War II to present day; to provide cultural, educational and community programs and events; and to develop partnerships with other cultural organizations in presenting programs and events in order to further Japan Canada relations and increase cross cultural understanding.
