The BC Confederation of Parent Advisory Councils (BCCPAC) is a charitable non-profit organization that advocates for the best possible public education for all children in BC through the active involvement of parents. Our membership includes Parent Advisory Councils (PACs) and District Parent Advisory Councils (DPACs) in BC. BCCPAC provides current, accurate and relevant resources to our members through our newly redeveloped web-site and various publications, regular newsletters and bulletins. Volunteers network provides support to parent leaders in PACs and DPACs around the province through training and outreach initiatives, networking and our member services. Ongoing support includes parent advocacy (helping parents and students to be heard and to solve problems in a positive way). Annual Spring and Fall Conferences, membership support information and referral services, and a number of self help resources for Parent School Planning Councils, Parent Advisory Councils and district Parent Advisory Councils.
