Owned, managed and operated 10 lodges. Managed 21 rent geared to income self-contained apartments under contract for Alberta Seniors. Owned and Managed 2 affordable housing apartments and 1 Lodge for mild mental health issues. All facilities are located in Edmonton. Our purpose is to promote, develop, provide and manage affordable housing that encourages a high quality of life for senior citizens. We are members of the Alberta Association of Gerontology and the International Council of Active Aging. These are both charitable organizations who represent Alberta Seniors.
