HEF programs are carried out by the Environmental Health Association of Ontario("EHAO"). The activities are in turn carried out by volunteers, all of whom are disabled by multiple chemical sensitivities ("MCS"). Key volunteers are seriously disabled and hence EHAO was unable to carry out programs except for a telephone help line, although even that activity had to be terminated. Memberships were not collected. A new slate of volunteers and Directors was not able to be assembled.
