CMHA-SOS provides advocacy to assist individuals to access community services. With housing support including community kitchen, laundry services and activities for 44 residents, clubhouse for members with social and recreational activities. Advocates are committed to empowering clients to become more knowledgeable and assertive when dealing with their day to day concerns. Unity clubhouse provides social, recreational and education programs for 140 individuals living with a mental illness. Meals are provided at a nominal cost 7 days a week with Tuesday & Thursday serving dinner. Living Life to the Full is an 8 week cognitive Behavioral Therapy Support Group and Bounce Back is telephone support.
