This charity is a church which carried out advancement of religion. In the context of which people worship God, observe the ordinance of the church, are instructed in the faith and equip them for evangelism of the world. In addition, to our regular services of worship, we have extensive programs, both Sunday and weekdays for all ages, from babies to seniors including Bible studies, prayer groups, youth programs and Christian education classes. The church also has many social-works ministries, ranging from feeding/clothing downtown street people to benevolent assistance in times of crisis to community training programs. In addition, in the summer of 2012 Evangel opened and subsequently purchased a building downtown, to increase our ministry to the innercity. We value our connections to this city in meeting emerging needs of individuals, families and the greater community. In 2015 we started a new 3 day a week program called "SideDoor". It is a free dropin centre for junior/senior high students. We provide supper, school work support and free time for games and sports in our gym.
