During the 2015/16 fiscal year, ABC piloted the following new programs: 1) adapted its existing financial literacy program specifically for indigenous Canadians; 2) adapted its existing financial literacy program specifically for newcomers to Canada; 3) adapted its existing financial literacy program specifically for post-secondary students; 4) health literacy; and, 5) civic literacy. In addition, ABC commenced a demonstration project in workplace literacy and essential skills in the manufacturing sector.
