A-2 Provide food hampers for persons needed emergent help. A2-Distribute Christmas hampers with food & toys. A5,A6 &A7-Assist low income individuals by providing personal home care, home supoprt, medical alert systems, meals on wheels. H15-Act as a referral center for clients to individuals who can help them with transportation and assistance with home maintenance or repairs. A6 & A7-Provide interagency liaison, senior's information & referral services. All-Prevent breakdown of families by referral to other agencies. All-Provide home visits to families to imrove prenatal care and parenting skills. A6, F7-Facilitate a Seniors Socialization Activity day weekly that provides respite care for clients whose caregiver requires time off. All-Provide a Resource Library to improve parenting skills & life management, A5-Provide Volunteer Income Tax preparation for low income clients. I1-Facilitate a Community Kitchen program. A6&H15- Provide volunteer services for community special events & palliative care visiting. A3-Provide the education re quired for our Health Care Aides to maintain skills. I1-Operate Volunteer Centre. I1-Promote community development by encouraging volunteerism.
