Operation of a library system (three branches) so that individuals may access the information they want and need through books, audio-visual materials and internet resources. Operation of the Books for Babies program so that babies may be read to and to connect their parents to community resources. Operation of Outreach programs that include a Community Adult Literacy Program and Story-time program in preschool and daycare locations, in order to promote the love of reading and advance related skills.
