Access & Intervention - Assist low income individuals and families in need of income supports and access to public/government services. Assistance is also provided for form filling, crisis intervention, advocacy, translation and interpretation and settlement. Housing-Assist low income individuals and families who are in a homeless or near-homeless situations. This assistance includes help in accessing shelter and housing, eviction prevention, van-based street outreach to people living outside, follow-up support including home visiting and trusteeship program. Albion Boys & Girls Club- Programs and services for children and youth that include but are not limited to after-school programs, breakfast clubs, summer camps, leadership, skill- building and special events.
