Promote through information exchanges and advocacy a province-wide, integrated system of libraries and library services to the residents of Saskatchewan. These services include programs such as the Summer Reading club, annual conference, Frances Morrison Trust, Mary Donaldson Trust, Saskatchewan Library Week, Culture Days grant program, Freed to Red Week grant program for libraries, a continuing education program for library workers and the Maureen Woods Education Bursary
