Literacy Link South Central exists to create and foster support and awareness for a quality, well resourced infrastructure for a literate community. To this end, LLSC works to ensure: - a well coordinated, well informed literacy delivery system - local recognition of the impact of low literacy on building healthy communities and community capacity - practitioners have the resources LLSC's need to provide high quality programming. A diverse literacy community exists in LLSC's networking area - government and decision-makers have access to good and relevant information about LLSC's needs - increase access to print information so that people can make informed choices
