We provide a 24 hour safe shelter program for women and children fleeing domestic violence. We provide 24 hour support counselling to residing clients and their children, as well as to the public via telephone. We provide referral services to community resources, advocacy and support services. We assist in search of affordable housing. We provide outreach and child counseling programs. We provide public education in the community on the topic of domestic violence and we provide training as well as education in the community on the topic of domestic violence. We provide training and education opportunities to post-secondary students through practicum placement.
