The Transition to Adulthood Year Intensive Program is in extremely high demand. We have been expanding into this new area of programming, opening two additional suites this year and bringing the total number to five. SOS is very proud to offer increased support to youth exiting the foster care system, facing the challenges of independent living, and to honor a lifelong connection and support of foster children through our After Care Program commitment.
