The Centre provides support and advocacy to over 400 adults (and their families) diagnosed as developmentally disabled, enabling them to integrae in the community to the fullest extent possible. The Centre also provides personal money management counselling, the arrangement of debt repayment programs and the promotion of consumer credit education. Credit Counselling is available in both official languages to Sudbury, Espanola and Manitoulin Island. During the past fiscal year, 636 families/individuals received credit counselling services and 20 individuals attended public education sessions.
