The purpose of this agency is to provide positive mentoring experiences to young people in order to foster the development of their self-esteem and potential for a brighter future. The agency facilitates one-to-one and group mentoring programs with adult volunteers in order to enhance the development of young people's strenghts, and supplements the relationships with counseling and referral services. The agency also provides a number of school-based programs for students in the elementary and secondary school systems. We also offer direct mentoring services to indigenous communities and newcomer populations through one-to-one and group mentoring models.
