The Toronto Downtown Jazz Society, o/a the TD Toronto Jazz Festival is a charitable organization that operates and produces the Toronto Downtown Jazz Festival. Commencing in 1987 and produced annually, the festival features a ten day showcase of jazz music attracting in excess of 500,000 patrons, more than 350 performances and over 1,500 musicians performing at approximately 40 locations and venues around Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
