To provide opportunities for the educational exchange for Canadian and American scholars. To facilitate communications to foster better understanding between the two countries. The Fulbright Program offers grants through a competitive process to select individuals to lecture and/or research in the other country for a period of between three and nine months. The Killam Fellowships Program provides undergraduate students with exchange opportunities. Eco-leadership Program provides grants to Fulbright grantees for environmental action in their community. Community Leadership Program provides opportunities for alumni to participate in projects. The Mobility Program is for pressional development/cultural awareness. The Killam Community Action Initiative is a program that provides small grants to current Killam fellows and/or Alumni for a community development project.
