Operation off a 220 unit rental affordable housing comples & a 40 bed nursing home. Tenants are provided a secure living environment with private security, 24 hour maintenance, snow clearing & lawn care, access to recreation & leisure programs, gardening and community vegetable gardens. Subsidization is also provided based on income levels. Planning continues toward future expansion to meet our growing wait list which stands at over 1,600 and 8-12 years to gain admission. We were disappointed in July 2016 to learn to Eastern Health would no longer fund or operate our 40 bed Nursing Home. Planning is now underway to convert this property to another 14 unit affordable housing unit.
