Providing a residential facility for men, women, youths, dependents of all ages, who have for a variety, but almost always including chemical abuse, been unable to function satisfactorily in society. Long term purpose is designed to offer graduated opportunities for equipping a person with vocational, intellectual and communications skills necessary for successful integration.
