THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES PROGRAMS FOR SENIORS IN THE COMMUNITY:1)TRAVEL TO LOCAL COMMUNITY EVENTS,2)FEELING BETTER EAT WELL PROGRAM:TO PROMOTE NUTRITION EDUCATION,3)FEEL BETTER MOVE WELL PROGRAM:HOME SUPPORT EXERCISE & GROUP EXERCISE AT VARIOUS FACILITIES,4)OUTREACH PROGRAM:FOR SENIORS HAVING TRANSPORTATION DIFFICULTIES BUT INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN COMMUNITY LIFE, 5)Seniors Offering Support:provides a variety of supports to older adults and their caregivers. Staff and volunteers collaborate with the network of service providers to strengthen the capacity of the community to address issues of concern to older adults.
