Recreation and social activities including dancing, singing, games,musical and fine arts performances and events, as well as it's food services, keep the members coming back for more. Monthly, the Centre offers celebrations to recognize extraordinary volunteers and members birthdays. Additional monthly activities include fun time for seniors, bus tours and outings, pool, cards move it! & mingle, and variety of other group opportunities, dancing, travel services, counseling and social work services. The Centre takes pride in meals that are created seven days a week by Schubert's chef and his volunteers. Moreover, rightly so, as Schubert does not receive any provincial or federal monetary support, catering and food services are the primary source of income for the Centre. the Centre relies on donations, fundraising, and income generated through its food services sector to continue all operations. Also book clubs, bridge instruction and walking clubs.
